About us
The CSB is a direct administration body subordinated to the Ministry of Economics, and acting as the main performer and coordinator of the official statistical work in the country. The CSB is responsible for organisation of the statistical work and authenticity of the data it has produced by summarising the information obtained from respondents.

Official Statistics Programme is approved by the Cabinet Regulation on Official Statistics Programme on annual basis. The programme contains information on the official statistics produced by the CSB and other national authorities over the course of three upcoming years.

The information received from respondents will be specified until 29 February.
Population and Housing Census 2021
2021 is the year of the Population and Housing Census, which will differ from the previous years of the census in that the interviewers of the CSB will not visit in person the population for interviews and individuals will not have to fill in electronic questionnaires.
