Submitting Invoices

As of 1 January 2025, invoices for the services provided or goods supplied by the companies and self-employed persons registered in Latvia should be generated and submitted as a machine-readable (.xml) electronic invoices (e-invoices).

An e-invoice is raised in the e-address mailbox and addressed to the Central Statistical Bureau e-address sub-address EINVOICE (EINVOICE@90000069830).
