Real estate state cadastre objects – land units and parts thereof.
- cadastral valuation of real estate;
- valuation of built-up land for privatisation needs;
- administration of real estate tax.
Approved by the Regulations of the Cabinet No 496 "Classification of Real Estate Use Purposes and Procedure for Determination and Change of Real Estate Use Purposes" of 20 June 2006 with amendments made until 21 December 2021.
State Land Service
Are not planned, since Classification of Real Estate Use Purposes will be substituted by the Classification of the Types of Territory Use approved by the Regulation of the Cabinet No 240 “General Regulations for the Planning, Use and Building of the Territory” of 30 April 2013.
